This project is to be built over the top of a former quarry site and consists of single family residential villas, a shopping mall, commercial offices, hotels, strip-retail, civil/cultural institutions, an international school (K-12), and greenways. The Al Futaim project typifies our approach to global virtual teaming in urban infrastructure projects.
