EPCM services to design and install a 55,000 BPD CCR (UOP Technology) to make 103 RON reformate from the Pascagoula feed.

The new CCR will be grassroots with plot space limited by Pascagoula’s site located just south of the existing Cracking II control room for the reactor and regeneration section.  The PSA unit is located just south of the current Cracking II boosters, the RDU3 facility is located within the PX plant and the site is located just north of the PX plant.
 
The CCR will utilize UOP most current technology including a 4500 lb/hr Cyclemax® regenerator in Pascagoula and a 2000 lb/hr Cyclemax® regenerator in Richmond and Chlorsorb® technology.  For Pascagoula, the produced H2 net gas will be purified to 95% in a PSA unit and then supplied to battery limits at 600 psig which will be further boosted OSBL to 1700 psig for refinery utilization.
