The procedures cover the welding processes such as SMAW, GTAW, FCAW, MCAW, STT and base material include carbon steel, stainless steel and duplex stainless steel.
WorleyParsonsCord satisfies the jurisdictional requirements for welder performance testing of its welders for pressure work conducted by WorleyParsonsCord both in the shop and field locations.
The WorleyParsonsCord quality control program is reviewed constantly to ensure low NCR’s, compliant regular audit outcomes (internal, jurisdictional authority or customer audits), and positive program through the Improvement process or lessons learned. To ensure that our subtrades the same quality standards, WorleyParsonsCord completes initial review of their programs, regular shop inspections, regular audits of subcontractor facilities and practices. Sign-off of inspection and test plans are a requirement.
